conversations I came to tell them about where I'd first tried their sake,
a place called
Sakagura 酒蔵 in New York. It turns
out that not only had Mr. Sutou been to that restaurant but also the
friend who was translating. What are the odds that we'd all visited
the same restaurant so many miles away. It's a small world.
