Suigei 酔鯨 (literally "Drunk Whale") are the makers of a number of fine sake 日本酒. I had tasted their sake a number of times both in New York and in California. I had no idea until I was planning my trip that they were based in Shikoku. The building was extremely hard to find and I had to ask directions a couple of times. My Car GPS wasn't help me as much as it should have.

This machine washes the rice. The rice is polished off-site due to noise concerns.
