Kagawa-ken 香川県: Sakura no Sho 桜の抄

Anyway as I checked into the hotel, I was asked to rest in the lounge. Confused, I did as I was told and they brought my hotel checkin documents to a table as they served me traditional Japanese tea. What luxury! They then assigned me my own personal assistant who was to provide me with information and conduct me to my room and meals.
Here's the dinner meal that they served. Kaiseki 懐石 is a kind of traditional Japanese cuisine comprising small seasonal and local dishes. If you want to know what the Japanese consider delicacies, I'd suggest arranging one of these meals for yourself.
