I had a ryokan (traditional style hotel) reserved in the town of Noboribetsu, much revered for its hot springs. Dinner and breakfast were included, but I hadn't expected them to be served in my room. What luxury! This was the menu. After looking at it for awhile I decided that I would ask for the chef's recommendation.
